Build and scale Nooks’ integrations (SEP, CRM, Call Logging, ETL) so customer workflows connect seamlessly into the Dialer. What you'll work on: Design, implement, and own high-scale integrations with SEPs + CRMs Own data pipelines to handle billions of data points (Tasks, Prospects, Accounts, ETL, retries, rate limits). Drive reliability and monitoring for integrations (uptime, latency, error rates). Collaborate with Product and GTM on customer-impactful integration priorities. Mentor teammates and provide backend technical leadership within Core Dialer. We’re looking for someone who has: 6–10+ years backend experience, with strong SaaS integrations work. Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, error handling, and rate limiting. Strong systems background with focus on reliability, observability, and monitoring History of building frameworks for integrations (not just point-to-point).
