NOW HIRING: Full-Time Sales, Style & Gift Concierge Lead The Nook on 16th – Denver Pavilions Do you dream in outfits, love connecting with people, and light up when someone finds the perfect gift? Welcome to The Nook on 16th—a locally owned boutique where fashion, accessories, and Colorado-made treasures come together in a beautifully curated space. We’re not just a store—we’re a destination. A little haven where style meets soul. We’re looking for a standout individual to lead the daily rhythm of our boutique: part stylist, part concierge, part retail powerhouse. What You’ll Do: Open and close the boutique with polish and presence Style clients and craft fitting room “moments” that sell Offer custom gift guidance that turns browsers into loyal fans Hit (and exceed) store sales goals with consistency and charm Keep the store organized, on-brand, and operationally smooth Be the eyes and ears of customer trends—sharing intel with our buying team What You Bring: ✔ 2+ year of sales or retail experience (fashion or boutique setting a bonus) ✔ Confident styling and gifting instincts and a sharp eye for visual merchandising ✔ Tech fluency—iPad, MacBook, POS, Google Drive, and basic Excel ✔ Proactive, polished communication skills ✔ An intuitive sense of what excites customers—and how to deliver it Who You Are: ✨ Positive, professional, and energized by human connection ✨ Reliable, detail-loving, and calm under pressure ✨ A team player who thinks like an owner ✨ Flexible, humble, and excited to grow with a mission-driven brand ✨ Takes initiative and pride in making the space—and experience—extraordinary The Details: Pay: $19–$21/hour Schedule: 30–35 hours/week (day shifts only) Location: 500 16th St., Denver, CO 80202 Remote Work: Nope—we’re all about in-person magic Perks: Team discounts, growth potential, and a workplace that feels like home Think you’re a fit?
