You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to create and execute testing strategies aimed at improving cost per acquisition. Additionally, you will manage the day-to-day conversion rate optimization program for partners’ marketing websites.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization and at least 2 years of experience using a CRO tool. A bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications/experience is required, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

You bring web design and development skills coupled with experience managing CRO testing programs. Ideal candidates exhibit strong math and analytics skills, comfort with a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and the desire to push boundaries. \n As our Specialist, Conversion Rate Optimization, you will: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create, document, and execute testing strategies to improve cost per acquisition Configure tests and help manage day-to-day conversion rate optimization program of partners’ marketing websites Report on testing results to varied group of stakeholders Research and audit competitor websites for test ideas Web design and development experience You have: 1-3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization of websites and/or landing pages 2+ years experience utilizing a conversion rate optimization tool such as Optimizely, Google Optimize or the equivalent Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience Solid knowledge of digital (Facebook, AdWords, LinkedIn) and affiliate marketing Strong understanding of how advertising, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization work together Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Familiarity with tracking and reporting tool Ability to think creatively with a desire to continue learning new skills Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment Noodle Benefits: Work from our beautiful NYC office OR the comfort of your home office!
