Role Description This is a part-time, fully remote role for a Junior to Mid-Level Notion Consultant, ideally working within European and US time zones. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimise Notion workspaces tailored to their real workflows. The role involves translating business needs into clear information architecture, building practical systems, and introducing clients to relevant no-code tools and automations. You will also support clients through training, documentation, and ongoing improvements, ensuring the systems you build are easy to adopt and maintain. Qualifications • Strong proficiency in building, customising, and optimising Notion workspaces • Solid understanding of information architecture and structured systems • Practical experience with no-code tools and automations • Experience working with clients, gathering requirements, and documenting decisions • Ability to troubleshoot issues, provide support, and train users in Notion • Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and proactive attitude • Previous experience with productivity tools or workflow optimisation • Familiarity with design thinking and user-focused approaches is a plus • Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese and Spanish are a big plus If this sounds interesting, feel free to apply here: https://noncodestudio.notion.site/09abd13679794b1b8582df3532f4f925?pvs=105
