At Noma, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters. We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own and scale Noma’s demand generation engine. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on building and accelerating pipeline across organic and paid channels, while creatively establishing Noma as a market leader in AI security. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to design, execute, and optimize growth programs that directly impact pipeline and ARR. 🛠️ What You’ll Do Own and scale Noma’s end-to-end demand generation strategy, driving sustained pipeline and revenue growth. Build, execute, and optimize demand programs across organic and paid channels, with a strong focus on measurable ROI. Develop scalable growth frameworks and experiments to support rapid company expansion. Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Ops to align on pipeline targets, attribution, and performance reporting. Creatively position Noma as a category leader in AI security through innovative growth initiatives and campaigns. ✅ What You Bring 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Demand Generation roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or adjacent enterprise software domains. Proven experience in high-growth environments. Deep, hands-on expertise running and optimizing growth programs across multiple channels. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect strategy to execution and results. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Ops, and leadership teams. 🎯 Nice to Haves Background in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, observability, or IT platforms. Experience at fast-scaling startups or category-creating companies.
