What You’ll Be Doing This role begins with hands-on experience in face-to-face sales, helping you build confidence, communication skills, and product knowledge. As you develop, you’ll transition into leadership — guiding new team members, managing small campaigns, and shaping team performance. Phase 1: Sales Training & Development • Represent clients across events and residential campaigns around Metairie, LA. • Build meaningful customer connections while delivering excellent service. • Achieve and exceed personal sales goals — earning uncapped commission and bonuses. • Gain in-depth product and industry knowledge. • Work independently and as part of a collaborative, high-energy team. Phase 2: Leadership Progression Once you’ve mastered the sales process, you’ll take on new challenges: • Lead and motivate your own small team. • Coach and mentor new recruits. • Help coordinate daily campaigns and track team performance. • Assist with recruitment and training. Phase 3: Management Opportunity Within 6–12 months, you could advance to management responsibilities: • Oversee larger teams and operations. • Drive business growth through creative strategies. • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR support. • Develop the next generation of leaders within the company.
