Location: Remote / Flexible Type: Project-Based / Commission Noir Starr Models is seeking a creative and business-savvy Advertising Campaign Manager to design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for our fashion and luxury clients. Our models are ready, our visual assets are premium, and we need a strategist who can connect them to brands in powerful, results-driven campaigns. This role is project-based with a percentage-based wage for each campaign you manage. You will also be encouraged — and rewarded — for seeking out your own clients, making this an ideal opportunity to build your portfolio and expand your network in fashion advertising. What You’ll Do: Develop and manage advertising campaigns for fashion brands, designers, and luxury clients Use AI-driven insights and tools to shape campaign strategies and creative concepts Optimize campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) Collaborate with our team to seamlessly integrate models into campaign narratives Proactively seek out potential clients to expand your personal and agency portfolio Requirements: BA in Marketing, Advertising, or related field Strong understanding of social media advertising strategies Familiarity with AI’s role in marketing and emerging industry trends Proven knowledge of fashion marketing and brand positioning Agency experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Compensation: Percentage-based earnings for each project managed with limitless earning potential Opportunities for higher earnings when bringing in your own clients Flexible, remote work environment with portfolio-building potential About Us Noir Starr Models is a forward-thinking modeling agency that blends luxury fashion with innovative AI-driven marketing.
