Job Title: Product Manager Company Overview: NoGood is a dynamic technology company dedicated to driving innovation in the AI and machine learning space. Through its sister company, Goodie AI, NoGood is at the forefront of AI search optimization, empowering leading global brands to manage and enhance their AI narratives across major platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Role Overview: As a Product Manager at Goodie AI, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI visibility and search optimization products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. What You'll Do: - You will define and prioritize product features based on market research and customer feedback. - You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product launches. - You will analyze product performance metrics and iterate on features to enhance user experience. - You will develop product roadmaps and communicate vision and strategy to stakeholders. - You will engage with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts. - You will monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions. - You will manage product backlogs and coordinate agile development processes. - You will contribute to the overall growth strategy of Goodie AI’s product offerings. What You Bring: - 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and natural language processing. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex products on time. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with large language models (LLMs) or AI search platforms. - Background in AI ethics, data privacy, or AI governance. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management software like Jira or Asana. - Advanced degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
