What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are comfortable using computers and navigating various software applications. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service role. - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk. - Bilingual abilities or proficiency in multiple languages. - Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
