Responsibilities: Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) in their missions to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings. Noblis MSD is seeking to hire a Manager for Logistics Software Development to support U.S. Navy afloat and ashore programs. You will provide system engineering and technical assistance support. The Software Development Team Manager will support the Logistics Department. The candidate will be responsible for: • Managing the Logistics Software Development Team • Lead customer technical meetings • Build report with clients • Design the system architecture for CSOSS Procedure Management and Publishing system (CSOSS MIS) • Develop Oracle database procedures and queries • Debug the NAVLOGTD environment and consolidate the database • Attend all internal management meetings to update status and financial budgets This can be a remote position with occasional trips to Philadelphia, PA/Hampton, VA. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
