The Role We're looking for a driven, competitive Account Executive to help grow Noblewins nationwide. This is not a passive order-taking role. You'll own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal working directly with decision-makers at cities, universities, and organizations that care about sustainability, design, and legacy. What You'll Do • Own the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, presentations, negotiation, and close • Identify and pursue new opportunities with municipalities, colleges, universities, and public organizations • Tell the Noblewins story clearly and confidently sustainability, durability, design, and impact • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners • Work directly with leadership to refine messaging, strategy, and approach • Keep your pipeline and activity organized and up to date in HubSpot Who You Are • You're competitive you hate to lose more than you love to win • You're comfortable owning outcomes, not hiding behind excuses • You are coachable and organized, you cannot operate in chaos • You can communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively • You're self-directed and effective in a remote environment • You like the idea of selling something real that people can see, touch, and use • You care about sustainability but you care just as much about execution What Helps (But Isn't Required) • 13 years of sales experience • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) • Comfort working with public sector or institutional buyers • Strong organization and follow-through Why Noblewins • A one-of-a-kind product that stands out instantly • Direct access to leadership your ideas won't disappear into a void • Real opportunity to grow with a company on the rise • Work you can point to in the real world and say, I helped make that happen.
