Location: Salem, OR (On-site role: in-person, face-to-face work environment ) Noblecrest Solutions is a growing direct marketing firm focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through face-to-face retail campaigns. In this role, you'll develop real sales and marketing skills by representing brand partners during in-store promotions and engaging directly with customers. Our Junior Marketing Associates help drive new customer accounts and create positive interactions in a retail setting. We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, want to strengthen their communication skills, and are excited to grow in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell client products and services through engaging, face-to-face interactions in partnered retail locations. • Build strong customer relationships , drive brand awareness , and contribute to achieving sales goals . • Participate in marketing events and promotions. • Generate new sales. • Provide product knowledge and customer support to enhance the overall client experience. • Assist with lead generation and contribute to the early stages of the sales cycle.
