Noble Cortex is searching for a polished, relationship-driven, and strategically-minded Investor Relations / Fundraising Lead to own relationships, communications, and fundraising activities with current and prospective limited partners (LPs) and capital partners. This is not a traditional finance role—it’s an opportunity to be the trusted bridge between Noble Cortex and the investors who believe in our mission to build transformative AI ventures. The ideal candidate thrives on building trust-based relationships, communicating complex investment narratives with clarity and professionalism, and supporting the long-term capital strategy of a mission-driven firm. You will serve as the primary point of contact for LP communications, fundraising coordination, and investor reporting, working closely with partners and leadership to articulate our strategy, performance, and vision. What You Will Do Organizational Structure: • Report directly to Noble Cortex partners and leadership, serving as the primary interface between the firm and its investor base. • Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure institutional-grade processes while preserving our founder-friendly culture. • Work alongside portfolio company leadership when coordinating investor communications and fundraising support. Key Responsibilities: • Investor Relations & LP Communications • Manage ongoing relationships with existing LPs and capital partners, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and connected to our mission and progress. • Own regular investor communications including updates, reports, announcements, and ad-hoc inquiries, maintaining clear and consistent messaging. • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication aligned with firm strategy and portfolio performance, building trust through transparency. • Serve as the trusted, professional interface between LPs and internal leadership, representing Noble Cortex with poise and integrity. • Anticipate investor questions and concerns, proactively addressing them before they become issues. • Fundraising & Capital Strategy Support • Support fundraising efforts for new funds, vehicles, or studio initiatives, helping to secure the capital that fuels our venture-building mission. • Coordinate fundraising materials including pitch decks, data rooms, FAQs, and supporting documentation, ensuring everything is polished and compelling. • Manage inbound investor interest and follow-ups throughout fundraising cycles, maintaining momentum and clear communication. • Help articulate our investment thesis, three-stage venture approach (idea validation, MVP development, growth), and portfolio success stories to prospective investors. • Track and manage the fundraising pipeline, ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks. • Reporting & Transparency • Oversee preparation and distribution of quarterly and annual investor reports, ensuring LPs have clear visibility into performance and progress. • Coordinate performance data, portfolio updates, and key metrics with internal teams, synthesizing information into clear, professional narratives. • Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency in all investor-facing materials, upholding the highest standards of quality. • Develop and maintain reporting templates and processes that scale as our investor base grows. • Present portfolio company progress—VoxrAI, AIBES, NeuroCommAI, CREDENCE, and others—in ways that highlight value creation and strategic milestones. • LP Relationship Management • Organize LP meetings, calls, and events, creating opportunities for meaningful engagement between investors and leadership. • Track investor interactions, commitments, follow-ups, and preferences, ensuring personalized and attentive relationship management. • Build and maintain a CRM or tracking system for investor relationships, enabling data-driven relationship management. • Foster long-term relationships that go beyond transactions, helping investors feel like true partners in our mission. • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through introductions, co-investment opportunities, or strategic collaboration. • Internal Coordination • Work closely with partners, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of investor-related activities. • Support compliance, documentation, and investor onboarding processes, maintaining institutional-grade standards. • Help maintain professional processes while preserving the agility and founder-friendly culture that defines Noble Cortex. • Coordinate with portfolio companies on investor communications, ensuring alignment and consistency across the ecosystem. • Contribute to strategic discussions about capital allocation, fund structure, and long-term growth. • Confidentiality & Compliance • Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols, protecting sensitive financial information, investor data, and strategic plans. • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and best practices for investor communications and fundraising. • Handle all investor information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, upholding a zero-tolerance policy for breaches. • Use only secure, approved channels for investor communications and document handling. Required Qualifications: • Investor Relations Experience: You have 6+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, or related roles. Your track record demonstrates your ability to manage sophisticated investor relationships! • Fund & LP Expertise: You have strong understanding of fund structures, LP expectations, and investment reporting.
