Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Hialeah, FL. The International Logistics Coordinator will oversee and manage international shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Key responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and customers, managing inventory levels, handling customs documentation, and troubleshooting transportation or operational issues. The role also involves maintaining compliance with international shipping regulations and providing excellent customer service to resolve inquiries and concerns related to shipments. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills to assess supply chain data and solve logistical challenges • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams effectively • Proficiency in Inventory Management for tracking, monitoring, and maintaining stock levels • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management practices and international shipping regulations • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Proficient computer skills, including experience with logistics or inventory management software • Professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or trade-related fields is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Multilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
