Role Description This role involves leading the national clinical sales strategy for Noah Medical, focusing on patient care excellence and revenue growth. • Develop and execute a national clinical sales strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. • Set clear short- and long-term targets, including clinical adoption plans and revenue milestones. • Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing clinical sales team across the nation. • Partner with Sales Education to inform training programs and performance management processes. • Take full ownership of national disposable revenue by setting measurable targets. • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize clinical sales strategies. • Act as a bridge between clinical sales, product development, and marketing teams. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape market strategies. • Lead initiatives to continuously improve sales processes and methodologies. • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs related to team performance and revenue achievement. • Serve as a key spokesperson for the organization in national clinical forums and industry events. • Drive initiatives that enhance brand recognition and position the company as a leader in clinical solutions. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of experience. • 5+ years in sales operations and/or sales management. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. • Self-motivated with strengths in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
