Lead and manage complex companywide technology programs and projects, develop and manage budgets, and build strong project management teams.

Bachelor's degree, 8+ years program/project management experience including leadership roles, Scrum Master or equivalent experience, budget and financial management skills, strategic planning, risk and change management, and excellent communication skills.
Full Description
• Bachelor s degree in engineering/science/business or a related field • 8+ years experience and track record in direct, program, and project management • 6+ years leadership experience in program/project management functions spanning companywide technology and complex Information Technology programs/projects. • 2-4 years demonstrated track record including the ability to execute projects, acting as Scrum Master/Lead or an equivalent role. • Proven capabilities in developing strong program/project management teams • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets, doing financial projections, and tracking and assessing program costs. • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management • Excellent stakeholder and internal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
