Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in internet product management, strong content ecosystem knowledge, data analysis skills, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Responsibilities: Design and plan new feature modules (such as hot search cards, interesting fact cards) for the MSN homepage and Edge browser's new tab page, ensuring user experience and content innovation. Communicate with overseas technical and product teams to drive feature development, testing, and launch. Propose and validate creative ideas based on user preferences in different markets, ensuring features meet localization requirements. Track post-launch performance of features, analyze data, and optimize iteration plans. Assist in overseas business support, including vendor communication, cross-team collaboration, and project coordination. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously deliver innovative content and product solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience as an internet product manager (junior to mid level). Familiarity with content ecosystems, strong “online sense,” and user experience design capabilities. Native in English, able to independently communicate with overseas teams and demonstrate cross-cultural collaboration skills. Proficient in data analysis, capable of proposing optimization plans based on KPIs. Overseas study or work experience is preferred. Great to Have: • Experience in content ecosystems (e.g., text, short/long-form videos) with companies like Tencent, ByteDance, or overseas platforms. • Familiarity with overseas market user preferences and innovative thinking
