The Role: Our client is seeking a Mid-level Software Engineer to join our distributed engineering team. You'll work on full-stack development, building and maintaining features using .NET (C#) on the backend and React/JavaScript on the frontend. This role emphasizes review, validation, and ownership of code—including code produced with AI assistance—and collaboration with a talented distributed team. Responsibilities: Build and maintain features across our full-stack architecture (.NET backend, React frontend) Review, validate, and take ownership of code produced with AI assistance and tools Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues; contribute to incident response Write tests and ensure code quality; participate in peer code reviews Communicate clearly with the team on technical decisions and trade-offs Requirements: Technical Foundation: 4–6 years of full-stack development experience Solid understanding of C# and .NET Core fundamentals (dependency injection, middleware, async/await) Comfortable with React, JavaScript, and modern front-end patterns Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and version control (Git) Familiarity with production systems, monitoring, and debugging tools Required Technologies: Microsoft .NET, C#, React, JavaScript, AI-Assisted Coding Workflows (Software Engineering) Soft Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in English (English - Advanced) Comfortable learning and applying new tools and techniques Collaborative mindset; enjoy peer feedback and code reviews Proactive approach to problem-solving Nice-to-Have: Experience with Azure or cloud platforms Familiarity with Docker or containerization Experience integrating with external APIs or third-party services Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
