Join the Nios team! We are seeking a dynamic, team player full-time Front Desk Representative to join our team at Nios. We stand out as a premier electrolysis permanent hair removal center and spa, with locations in Columbus Circle (Manhattan), Barclay's Center (Downtown Brooklyn) and Astoria (Queens). Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Customer Service: Be the face of Nios! From greeting clients to handling calls, answering queries, scheduling appointments, and managing emails, you'll ensure our clients feel valued and cared for every step of the way. You will also assist with insurance authorizations and billing. • Office Admin: Keep things running smoothly by managing client intake, phone calls, inventory, coordinating staff schedules, and maintaining a tidy workspace (around 5 minutes of light cleaning each day). About You - The ideal candidate: • You're a people person, exuding warmth and professionalism both in person and over the phone. • You’re trustworthy, confidential, and personable - you're the epitome of professionalism. • You like to go the extra mile to give clients the best possible experience. • You enjoy taking charge and providing hospitable customer service. • You have a strong interest in sales and client retention. • You cross all your T’s & dot all your I’s – you’re proficient in written and verbal English, with impeccable grammar and communication skills. • You have a cheery disposition and a good sense of humor! • You thrive in an organized, multitasking environment and stay cool under pressure. • You’re available for a 5-day workweek (either 8:45 am - 5:45pm or 11am - 8pm, including one weekend day), with flexibility to rotate between our Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn locations as needed (all very central with easy access to multiple subway lines) • You have experience with customer service. You enjoy luxury and professional client interaction. • Familiarity with spa software or medical office procedures is a huge plus. • You want to work somewhere for the long-term – at least a year (hopefully more), and grow your career along with our business.
