Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Manager to lead our team in driving operational excellence and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and program development, with a proven ability to implement change management initiatives effectively. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as well as the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities • Lead and manage agency operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. • Oversee program development and implementation, utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma. • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, conduct root cause analysis, and map business processes. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring quality management throughout the project lifecycle. • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) for effective project coordination and tracking. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through techniques such as Kaizen and earned value management. • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery. • Provide leadership in conflict management and team dynamics to enhance collaboration among team members. • Conduct data analysis for informed decision-making and effective resource allocation. Skills • Strong change management capabilities with experience in supervising teams. • Proficient in project management methodologies (PMBOK, SAFe) with a solid understanding of the project management lifecycle. • Expertise in program design, requirements gathering, and process mapping. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. • Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities. • Familiarity with project portfolio management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and data collection techniques. • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and experience in IT project management is preferred. • Ability to lead projects effectively while managing risks and ensuring cost control.
