You will own the recruitment process from start to finish and manage both the hiring manager and candidate experiences through the full lifecycle. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced in-house technical/product recruiter hoping to make a greater impact on a quickly growing organization or an agency technical recruiter aiming to transition to an in-house position. In this role you will: • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, with a focus on Tech and Product roles • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for newly opened positions • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and set realistic expectations • Assist with crafting job descriptions to attract the right candidates • Organize interview teams and communications to promote alignment and efficiency • Support creation of structured interview scorecards to reduce bias and improve consistency • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout each search • Identify and implement creative solutions to pipeline challenges • Advise hiring managers on compensation and offer details • Deliver verbal offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience • Stay current on market trends and compensation data to keep NinjaTrader competitive • Support other hiring initiatives as needed What you'll need: • 1+ years of full-cycle technical/product recruiting experience or 2+ years of technical/product sourcing experience, ideally within FinTech • Proven experience with delivering offers and handling negotiations • Experience building talent pipelines from scratch using multiple sources and strategies • Familiarity and understanding of laws associated with hiring and interviewing • Thorough understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and experience managing each stage • Experience owning hiring manager relationships • Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing job offers and communicating expectations • Dynamic and able to adapt to the candidate in front of you Compensation: The starting salary for this role will be $78,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 6%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%). Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. Location: This role is based in Chicago, IL. We are not open to remote candidates for this role Hybrid: For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to these weekly remote days, we offer: • 20 additional flex remote days annually • 5 Company Wide Office-Optional weeks tied to major holidays
