About the Role As a Mid–Senior Business Applications Systems Administrator, you will own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and governance of core business systems including NetSuite, Airbase, Navan, and supporting line-of-business applications. You will act as a system subject-matter expert, improving processes, strengthening controls, and ensuring reliability across Finance and Operations workflows. Location We are flexible on remote working from home. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL. What You’ll be Doing Serve as the primary system administrator and SME for Airbase, Navan, NetSuite, and other SaaS business applications Lead system configuration, workflow design, approval management, and ongoing optimization Own user lifecycle management, access controls, and audit readiness Monitor platform performance, integrations, scheduled jobs, and error queues Resolve Tier 2/3 issues and coordinate escalations with vendors as needed Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations to improve processes and adoption Support and troubleshoot integrations (APIs, middleware, native connectors) Maintain data quality through audits, reconciliations, and governance standards Evaluate new features, manage release testing, and lead rollout communication Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials Identify and recommend automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy About You 4+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise SaaS applications Hands-on experience with one or more of: NetSuite, Airbase, Navan, Coupa, Concur, Workday, or similar platforms Strong understanding of financial, purchasing, expense, and ERP workflows Experience with roles and permissions, workflow automation, and system governance Comfortable acting as a system owner, proactive, detail-oriented, and independent Able to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations Familiar with API concepts, integrations, and data mapping Strong data analysis and reporting skills; intermediate Excel/Sheets required, SQL a plus Preferred Qualifications NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification Experience supporting audits (SOX, SOC 2, or internal controls) Implementing or migrating business applications About Us NinjaOne automates the hardest parts of IT to deliver visibility, security, and control over all endpoints for more than 30,000 customers. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $135,000 per year. For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $135,000 per year.
