EDGE (www.edgescore.com) is a B2B fintech on a mission to expand credit access for consumers historically unserved and underserved by the reports and scores of traditional credit bureaus. We’re doing this with risk analytics based on complementary alternative data that reveals a more complete financial picture. Founded in 2021, Edge is part of a larger family of fintech brands underneath our parent company, NinjaHoldings (www.ninjaholding.com). NinjaHoldings’ brands include CreditNinja, a nationwide online consumer lending business established in 2017, and NinjaCard, a neobanking platform focused on consumers in the emerging credit space. The EDGE business is at an inflection point where we’ve proven our platform’s value with early adopters, and we’re ready to go full-throttle into our target markets. Elevating every aspect of our marketing efforts is critical in this planned ramp-up. Job Summary As a Technical Account Manager – Analytics, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of Edge’s analytics products for financial institutions. You will work directly with customers to configure solutions, interpret risk analytics, and ensure a seamless go-live. This role requires experience in consumer lending, including underwriting, risk, and loan origination workflows, to bridge the gap between our technology and our clients’ operational needs. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver measurable results for our customers and ensure long-term adoption of our solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead onboarding and configuration of Edge's analytics platform for new customers, ensuring alignment with lending and underwriting workflows Interpret complex financial datasets (income, balances, transaction data) and deliver actionable insights to credit, risk, and compliance stakeholders Translate technical data concepts into plain language for executives and frontline lending teams Conduct configuration testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize workflows Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to identify and escalate bugs, edge cases, and enhancement opportunities Create customer-facing guides, onboarding documentation, and best practices Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support pilots, expansions, and strategic accounts Requirements: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in consumer lending, banking, or fintech, with a strong focus on underwriting, risk analytics, or loan operations Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and analyze large datasets Proven track record in a customer-facing implementation, technical account management, or solutions consultant role Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences Demonstrated ability to interpret and work with structured financial data Experience managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Python, Postman, and JIRA is a plus Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning in a scaling startup Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Fun, fast-paced work environment Dynamic start-up culture Ability to make an immediate impact in a growth stage company Convenient downtown Chicago office located in the heart of the city Equal opportunity employer IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please carefully review communications to ensure that they are from the official Breezy applicant tracking platform (@breezy-mail.com) or an official NinjaHoldings brand email: @ninjaholdings.com, @creditninja.com, @ninjacard.com, or @edgescore.com.
