Full Description

ROLE Nimble is looking for an Ecommerce & Paid Media Manager to manage the day-to-day execution of our digital storefront and paid acquisition channels. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will be the primary person “in the platforms”—handling everything from Shopify product launches to the technical setup of Meta and Google ads. This is an execution-heavy role. We need someone who is meticulous with details, thrives on “checking the boxes,” and can translate strategic direction into flawless technical implementation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Shopify Operations & Site Merchandising · Catalog & Launch Management: Own the end-to-end setup of new products (descriptions, imagery, tagging, and pricing). · Site Updates: Execute homepage refreshes, collection page updates, and promotional banners to keep the storefront aligned with the marketing calendar. · Landing Page Execution: Build and QA high-converting landing pages using Shopify’s theme editor or page builders (e.g., Shogun/Gempages). · App Management: Ensure all Shopify apps (reviews, loyalty, upsells) and integrations are functioning and configured correctly. 2. Paid Media Implementation (Meta & Google) · Campaign Setup: Handle the manual build-out of campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax). · Creative Trafficking: Upload new ad creative, write headlines/descriptions based on provided briefs, and ensure all UTMs and tracking links are accurate. · Platform Maintenance: Execute daily/weekly budget adjustments and bid changes based on the Director’s strategic guidance. · Audience Management: Build and maintain remarketing and prospecting audiences within the platforms. 3. Quality Assurance (QA) & Maintenance · The “Final Check”: Rigorously test every ad-to-landing-page flow to ensure a seamless customer journey. · Link & Pixel Integrity: Regularly audit site links, discount codes, and tracking pixels to ensure data is flowing correctly. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves · 4–7 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or DTC marketing: Strong command of both the Shopify/Shopify Plus Admin and Paid Media backends (Meta & Google). · Precision-Oriented: You take pride in “zero-error” execution. Typos or broken links in your work are a rarity. · High Technical Competency: You understand how the pieces of the DTC stack fit together (Ads -> Landing Page -> Checkout). · Reliability: You are the person the team trusts to “get it done” accurately and on time. Nice-To-Haves · Familiarity with Shopify Liquid, CSS, or light front-end work · Experience with Amazon, retail partners, or omnichannel brands · Experience working with sustainable or premium consumer brands WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL · Real ownership over both site experience and growth · Direct impact on revenue, not just a support role · Opportunity to scale into Senior Manager or Director of E-commerce · Work on a mission-driven, premium brand with strong retail partnerships BENEFITS · 401(k) · Paid time off · Health Insurance · Dental Insurance · Vision Insurance · Flexible schedule · Parental leave · Employee discount Work Location: Hybrid remote in Costa Mesa, CA 92627 Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 • We are committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment without regard to gender, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, veteran or military status and/or any other category protected under the law. We are an equal opportunity employer; committed to a community of inclusion, and an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
