Junior Supply Chain Analyst (full-time) Location: Bentonville, AR Salary range: $45,000-$55,000 If you have a knack for connecting the dots, thrive on turning data into decisions, and want to keep products flowing seamlessly from factory to shelf — this role was made for you. Overview We are seeking a Junior Supply Chain Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of customer replenishment and inventory management. This role works closely with internal teams and retail partners (including Walmart and Sam’s Club) to ensure products are in-stock, accurately forecasted, and flowing efficiently through the supply chain. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn the fundamentals of retail analytics and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities • Monitor performance metrics such as fill rate, MABD compliance, in-stock percentage, and inventory levels to ensure service-level goals are met. • Analyze sales and inventory trends to support accurate forecasting and replenishment decisions. • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, preparing dashboards and insights to highlight risks or opportunities within the supply chain. • Collaborate with Walmart and internal sales teams to address replenishment issues, update forecasts, and adjust orders to align with sales trends and promotions. • Track inventory across domestic and import pipelines, ensuring supply continuity and identifying potential overstock or out-of-stock risks. • Support internal teams with data pulls, ad-hoc analysis, and documentation related to item setup, logistics, and supply chain performance. • Learn and utilize retailer systems (Retail Link, Luminate, NOVA, etc.) and internal reporting tools to manage data and generate actionable insights. • Escalate and follow up on issues impacting levels of service, coordinating with both internal and external teams to resolve them promptly. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Relevant experience in retail analytics, replenishment, logistics, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data manipulation and reporting. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally. • Familiarity with Walmart systems (Retail Link, Scintilla, NOVA) is a plus but not required. • Desire to learn, grow, and build a career in supply chain management.
