About NIL Nova NIL Nova is a growing NIL education and compliance platform built to bring clarity and structure to the Name, Image, and Likeness landscape. Founded by former college athletes, our mission is to empower student-athletes, families, and schools with the tools they need to navigate NIL safely, strategically, and confidently. We are building a scalable business in a rapidly evolving industry — and we’re looking for entrepreneurial talent to grow with us. Compensation Structure This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Estimated annual earnings potential: $80,000 – $250,000+, based entirely on performance. Commission tiers (based on monthly net profit generated): • Under $4,000/month net profit: 30% commission • $4,000 – $8,000/month net profit: 35% commission • Over $8,000/month net profit: 40% commission There is no cap on earnings. The more revenue you generate, the more you earn. Role Overview We are seeking a Sales & Partnerships Associate who is not just a closer — but a builder and marketer. This role is ideal for someone who understands that in today’s NIL world, sales and marketing go hand-in-hand. You should be comfortable: • Creating momentum • Identifying new angles and opportunities • Building brand awareness while driving revenue • Generating partnerships, not just transactions This is a part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) designed for self-starters who thrive in startup environments. Key Responsibilities • Sell NIL Nova playbooks and contract templates to athletes and families • Develop wholesale and affiliate partnerships with influencers and sports organizations • Conduct outreach to schools and athletic departments • Identify new distribution channels • Create marketing angles to help drive conversions • Leverage personal networks and social platforms to build brand awareness • Track and manage pipeline independently Ideal Candidate • Former athlete (preferred) or deeply connected within the sports community • Strong communicator and natural relationship builder • Entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability • Comfortable in commission-based performance environments • Creative thinker who understands how to market while selling • Self-sufficient and able to manage time effectively We are looking for someone who sees sales not as cold calls — but as opportunity creation.
