Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative/Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while actively engaging with shoppers to promote our products and services. Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, providing expert product demos when applicable. • Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and ensure proper cash handling procedures. • Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly, non-pushy approach. • Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and appealing to customers. • Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and participating in regular inventory counts. • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. • Support supervising team members by providing guidance on customer service standards and store policies as needed. Experience • Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential. • Familiarity with retail math for calculating discounts, totals, and profit margins is a plus. • Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills will help you succeed in this role. • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve diverse customer bases. • Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette are key to building rapport with customers. • Previous experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory. • Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in growth opportunities within the team.
