Principal Cybersecurity Program Manager Frisco, Texas Start Date: 06/29/2026 End Date: 03/31/2027 Responsibilities • :Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing • .Manages corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues • .Provide dedicated program management for critical Cyber programs execution and outcomes delivery, ensuring disciplined Vulnerability Management, Detection and Response, EOL/EOS, Enterprise Directory upgrades, governance, risk, compliance, Lab assessments, and remediation .Core Responsibilitie • sOwn end‑to‑end execution for Cyber program workstream • sBuild and manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID log • sDrive weekly execution cadence, issue resolution, and leadership reportin • gCoordinate across Cyber, IT, Network Security, vendors, and partner • sProactively identify risks and escalate with clear mitigation options Required Program Managemen tSkill • sCybersecurity enterprise program/project managemen • tProven delivery of large, multi‑workstream initiative • sStrong dependency, risk, and stakeholder management skill • sAbility to translate technical execution into exec‑ready communication Technical Skills Required (Cyber Programs • )Vulnerability Management, Detection and Response (Logging, Red Teaming, TTX), Network Segmentation, IAM/PAM - RBAC / JEA, ABAC • •SailPoint Integratio • nWorking knowledge of network and firewall security concept • sManaging dependencies with IT, networking, and external vendor • sCoordination of platform integration • sAudit readiness, evidence coordination, and remediation validatio • nAbility to explain technical gaps to non‑technical stakeholder sDelivery Environmen • tExperience working in complex, matrixed IT Infrastructure organization • sStrong comfort with Jira/ADO, Confluence/SharePoint, Smartsheet and status dashboard s
