Qualifications: • The job posting requires a background of three years' worth of experience in retail and/or consumer service • One year of experience in leading a team • Demonstrated skill in assembling and supervising motivated and competent teams that deliver top-notch performance • A fervent commitment to connecting with buyers and encouraging them to join Nike's membership program • Digital literacy is not just a skill set, but a mindset.
