Who We Are Looking For We're looking for a Manager, Retail Brand Marketing Thailand to join our SEA&I Marketing team, based in Thailand. A passion for sport, culture and a relentless curiosity for the consumer are essential to helping us create the future for the Nike brand. • Bachelor's degree or anything equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, brand, or omnichannel marketing; 2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree. • A sharp eye for design, a passion for the art & science of retail marketing. • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience presenting to internal and external cross-functional and leadership teams. • Project management experience managing agency partners, vendors and budgets. • Pro-active information-seeking skills, with the ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. • Strategic thinker and idea generator with excellent attention to detail, coupled with analytical skills to gather business, consumer insights and apply learnings. What You'll Work On As Manager, Retail Brand Marketing Thailand, you will be responsible for driving Thailand's retail brand offense across different channels. By collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and elevated brand expression across the retail landscape, focusing on priority campaigns, product launches, and sports moments, you'll help elevate how the Nike brand shows up in the marketplace and foster deeper connections with customers. In this role, you will : Plan and execute seasonal and 365 storytelling and retail activations in key doors across different channels in Nike Thailand (Nike Stores and multibrand partners). Manage localised retail marketing calendar and ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketplace mapping, and help define the roles each retail door and channel plays as we deliver multiple brand stories and programming throughout the season. Lead and partner closely with Nike Direct Stores and Nike Marketplace Partners team to influence and reinforce retail concept marketing direction and brand standards for fleet expansion and elevation. Create scalable retail brand guidance for local partners to adopt and execute across all retail tiers. Champion and reinforce brand standards and excellence to internal and external partners. Drive clarity and alignment on retail brand direction and deliverables, seasonal process and requirements with cross-functional teams. Together with the SEA&I channel leads, co-manage annual country retail brand and VM budget across different channels to maximize resources and deliver on time. Manage the local retail brand and visual merchandising agency team as they execute seasonal and 365 retail marketing plans in country. Contribute to regular exchanges with multiple teams across Nike to share ideas, best practices, and learnings. Who You'll Work With • You'll join our Thailand Marketing Team, a group of innovators dedicated to delivering elevated experiences that drive engagement and loyalty with the Nike brand. As a key team member : • You will report to the Marketing Director. • You will lead and mentor a team of individuals. • Work with cross functional teams from Retail Brand, Account Marketing, VMS, EKIN Experience, Brand Marketing, Nike Direct Digital, Account and Partner Management, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Store Partners and multibrand teams both internal & external, and agency partners. • You will be working with a diverse team of Nike people who are based in Bangkok, SEA&I HQ in Singapore, and APLA HQ in Portland.
