WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Our Marketplace Brand Planning and Operations team is looking for an operational leader who is highly organized, detail oriented, a strategic problem solver and an ultimate team player. You know how to manage timelines, optimizing workflows and keep teams aligned so our flagship social channels deliver consistently and at the highest standard. Strategic Support: Forward thinking, solutions oriented and entrepreneurial approach Innovation mindset: Embrace new tools, trends, and approaches to keep our brand relevant and competitive in a fast-changing market WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE 5+ years of experience in social media operations, content management, or program management Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and evolving content trends Knowledge in complementary tools for social media management, listening and reporting tools for onboarding, training and troubleshooting Proven experience managing complex timelines, multiple stakeholders, editorial calendars, budgets and deliverables Active interest in social media industry – tracking platform updates and cultural shifts Experience leading diverse teams, with a team first mentality and ability to influence decision making. Support access and onboarding processes for internal and external partners as it relates to the tools/tech/capabilities we use Passion for creativity and using various tools such as Airtable, Figma, Keynote, AI Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON Editorial Calendar Management: Owner of social editorial calendar and social ROS across all sport led teams, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns and seasonal priorities. Operational Excellence: Manage processes for content production, approvals and publishing to ensure timeline delivery and quality standards. Program Management: Support global digital marketing teams to set up project requests, timelines, estimate project needs to ensure accurate scoping and resourcing. Drive end to end execution of social progress, coordinating across creative, publishing and analytics teams. Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement tools, templates and processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Industry Awareness: Bring insights from social media landscape to inform planning and inspire innovation. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH Reporting to the Marketplace Planning and Operations Director of Digital, you will collaborate with senior and lead team members and partner directly with our Director of Social Media Marketing. Key partners include Global Digital Marketing, Shared Services, Brand and Creative. This role is a key connector across functions, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage of the process.
