Manager, Regional Marketing The target hiring range for this position is $93,936-$105,678. Position Summary: The Manager, Regional Marketing position will oversee the development and management of all marketing regions for Nightingale College. This position will oversee all aspects of marketing for their assigned region, such as program launches, campaigns, events, promotions, research, and analytics. They work closely with the pre and post licensure marketing managers and director of marketing to align their regional goals and initiatives with the overall college marketing goals, vision, and objectives. They will also collaborate with the regional marketing specialists in their respective region and other stakeholders to understand the needs and preferences of the local customers and markets, and to provide them with the necessary marketing support and resources. A regional marketing manager is expected to manage a team of regional marketing specialists and to monitor their performance and budget targets of the College. Role and Responsibilities: Working together with both pre and post licensure marketing managers to input local market/customer intelligence into segment landscape analyses. Create and implement annual marketing plans for their respective regions, defining the marketing mix that drives familiarity and consideration of the brand, lead generation, increased awareness and conversion to active learners. Execute market-facing segment activities through optimum mix of media including search, social media, traditional media, web, and print communications. Craft marketing approach for specific events which adapt national product offerings or messages so that they resonate with consumers in each specific locale. Report on market trends and major events occurring within region. Build and identify audience segmentations in the community. Lead monthly reporting. Provide insight. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, business, communications, or healthcare management is required. A minimum of five years of experience in regional sales and marketing campaign management is required. Demonstrated experience in PPC, SEM, paid social, and other digital media experience is required. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and CMS systems is required. Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and effectively use qualitative and quantitative marketing data is required. Prior experience in education marketing is highly preferred. All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
