Vice President of Sales, North America (USA & Canada) GreenBlue Urban is a well-established UK-headquartered business building its North American growth platform in urban tree pit systems, green infrastructure, and sustainable urban drainage (SuDS) solutions. For more than 30 years, we've helped cities, engineers, and landscape architects create healthier, greener, more resilient urban environments. Following rapid international growth, we are now expanding our North American presence—and we’re looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our commercial strategy across the USA and Canada. Location: Knoxville, Tennessee (1 week per month on-site) The Opportunity As our North America VP of Sales, you will be the driving force behind our regional growth. This is a high impact, commercially focused leadership role with full responsibility for sales performance, pipeline development, team leadership, and customer engagement across the region. You’ll build a strong market presence, lead a talented team of around 15 people, and serve as the senior commercial representative for GreenBlue Urban in North America—all while working closely with our UK-based Managing Director and international leadership team. What You’ll Lead & Deliver Commercial Leadership • Own revenue, order intake, and growth targets for the USA & Canada • Build a high-quality pipeline and drive new business acquisition • Strengthen key accounts while expanding our reach with engineers, landscape architects, contractors, and partners • Ensure CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and strong reporting Market & Customer Development • Represent GreenBlue Urban across North America as a senior commercial leader • Build deep customer relationships and drive specification success • Provide market intelligence to shape global strategy, pricing, and product development Regional Leadership • Lead and develop a high-performing regional team • Manage the day-to-day operations of our North American office • Align regional activity with UK headquarters processes, culture, and expectations Operational Collaboration • Work closely with UK operations, logistics, marketing, and technical teams • Ensure outstanding customer service and delivery performance Who We’re Looking For Essential • Proven senior B2B sales leadership experience • Success driving sustainable revenue growth in North America • Background in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or built environment • Strong leadership experience—direct, indirect, or matrix • Excellent customer-facing and relationship-building capability • Comfortable working in an international environment with UK reporting lines • Commercially driven, organised, and data literate Desirable • Experience operating across both USA & Canada • Background in technically complex or specification-led environments • Experience scaling a regional sales operation Why Join GreenBlue Urban?
