We're looking for a motivated Business Central Trainer / Process Analyst who wants more ownership, more visibility, and more opportunity to lead. What You'll Do As the go-to Business Central expert, you will be hands-on in shaping both our system and the people who use it. You will: Design and deliver engaging BC training for financial and operational users Build polished SOPs, user guides, and quick-reference materials Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout go-lives and system enhancements Act as the subject matter expert for key finance functions (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Recs, etc.) Ensure processes align with GAAP and internal controls Support month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and reporting inside BC Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and simplify Translate business and finance requirements into smart, scalable ERP configurations Partner cross-functionally as a bridge between users and technical teams Play a pivotal role in every phase of ERP initiatives, driving successful user adoption What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field 2-4+ years in a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant role Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes Experience with workflow and documentation tools (Tango, ClickLearn, Scribe, Visio, etc.) Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment Why You'll Love It Here $95-110k competitive salary (based on experience) Remote flexibility with ~25% travel Excellent benefits + PTO 401k with company match Hands-on exposure to the latest Microsoft cloud technologies A role that offers career advancement, ownership, and room to grow your BC expertise Today Send your resume to m.potenza@nigelfrank.com Or reach out to Matt directly at 646-540-7521 Nigel Frank International is the global leader in Microsoft Dynamics recruitment.
