Reporting to the VP of People, this is a high-visibility, high-impact role supporting the entire organization. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles and partner closely with the leadership team and hiring managers across the company. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll execute full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers). You’ll build and move high-quality candidate pipelines, serve as a strong ambassador for Nift in the market, and deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience. What you will do: Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles Partner closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements, responsibilities, and desired outcomes for each assigned position Develop position descriptions and scorecards Drive strong pipelines from kickoff through candidate close Promptly screen and engage inbound candidates generated from our career board, job posts, and employee referrals, ensuring same-day responsiveness Proactively use outbound techniques, tools, and resources to identify, engage, and recruit targeted candidates Use multiple channels and creative approaches to build strong candidate pipelines Relentlessly prioritize quality over volume without compromising velocity Deliver a professional, responsive and exceptional candidate experience Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process Represent the company credibly in the market Prepare hiring managers for interviews and feedback Drive timely decision-making and clear hiring signals Flag issues early when scope, process or expectations are off Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS (Greenhouse) Meet hiring timelines without sacrificing quality Learn from wins and misses to continuously improve What you need: 7+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience Must have proven success in full cycle recruiting at a small fast-paced or scaling technology company Must have recruiting experience across functions (i.e. Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance) Greenhouse ATS experience preferred* Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing skills at a technology company in hypergrowth mode Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function with a proven track record of hiring top talent quickly In-depth experience handling candidate questions related to compensation, benefits, PTO, immigration, etc..
