Support and oversee marketing operations, planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
7+ years in Marketing Operations or Business Operations, experience with Human Centered Design, Stage-Gate methodologies, and budget management.
Job Description: • serve as the operational backbone of our marketing organization • own the rhythm of the business, orchestrating planning, budgeting, and executing global initiatives • partner with the Senior Director to lead marketing strategy sessions • define the Integrated Global Marketing Calendar • manage the OKR reporting framework • support monthly business reviews for metrics and organization budgets • standardize project management processes across the organization • provide high-level Program Management support for strategic initiatives • oversee the creative intake/triage process Requirements: • 7+ years in Marketing Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations • Proven experience using Human Centered Design or Design Thinking • Deep experience building Phase Gate or Stage-Gate methodologies • Strong capability in budget management, resource forecasting, and operational reporting Benefits: • health & wellness plans • 401(k) retirement coupled with a Nielsen match • a generous paid time off policy • company provided car for those who qualify • discretionary incentive/bonus
