Overview NicoServ has an open position available immediately for a Senior Project Coordinator to support a large-scale enterprise IT deployment and migration initiative. This high-impact engagement will support a major organization through a 1,000+ user laptop refresh and Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration, requiring strong coordination, governance, and execution support across multiple technical and business teams. Job Requirements NicoServ is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support our client’s technology deployment efforts. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving day-to-day project execution, maintaining deployment governance, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of independently managing complex coordination activities, translating technical and project data into executive-ready updates, and supporting delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams. Requirements / Responsibilities • Own and manage project issue, risk, and dependency tracking by reviewing ticketing systems and maintaining centralized logs • Lead project meeting logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions; produce executive-level meeting summaries and action items • Partner closely with the Project Manager to support project planning, execution, and stakeholder communications • Coordinate and oversee an enterprise laptop refresh for 1,000+ users • Support and help govern Windows 10 to Windows 11 operating system migration activities • Manage deployment waves, schedules, and user/device mappings, ensuring readiness across technical and business teams • Coordinate device imaging, configuration, deployment readiness, and cutover activities • Track and manage hardware inventory, asset assignments, and device decommissioning processes • Lead office rollout communications and technical deployment notices, including coordination of Certificates of Insurance • Manage shipping, delivery logistics, and vendor coordination activities • Proactively track migration issues, risks, and remediation status and escalate as needed • Maintain and continuously improve technical deployment trackers, documentation, and status reporting • Serve as a key point of coordination across infrastructure, end-user computing, vendors, and business stakeholders Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Senior Project Assistant, or similar role, supporting complex IT or infrastructure projects • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments or OS migrations • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly: • Excel (tracking, reporting, data reconciliation) • Word (formal documentation and communications) • Strong experience using Mail Merge and data-driven documentation processes • Working knowledge of SQL database queries for reporting or data validation • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing updates • Proven ability to work independently while partnering closely with project leadership Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience required.
