Full Stack Engineer – Remote Long Term Contract Background: The client, a leading healthcare technology organization operating as a clearinghouse, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team on a consulting basis. This engineer will play a key role in enhancing and scaling mission-critical systems that support healthcare claims processing and payment workflows. They are looking for someone who has experience in regulated healthcare environments and understands the complexities of clearinghouse and payment ecosystems. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting high-volume healthcare transaction processing Build and enhance backend services using C# and .NET Develop and optimize database structures and queries within SQL Server Design and consume REST APIs for system integrations and third-party connectivity Contribute to front-end development using Angular Support payment processing workflows and transaction lifecycle logic Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability Required Skills: Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer Hands-on development experience with: C# / .NET SQL Server RESTful APIs Angular (front-end development) Proven experience working in payment processing systems Direct experience working with or within a healthcare clearinghouse environment Strong understanding of transaction processing
