Working hours  Mon – Friday 8am - 5pm local time.   After hours may be needed based on client needs.         Location requirements  Remote, work from home in the United States  Strong preference for Florida Travel required.   ---------------------------------------- We are seeking a Director, Hospitality Sales (ESP) to drive revenue growth and expand NexusTek’s leadership in the hospitality market.  The new Sales Director will work closely with the current vertical partner in a collaborative manner to gain a deep understanding of the business and its clients. By working closely with this partner, the Sales leader will ensure strong knowledge transfer, continuity, and seamless alignment as the right-hand sales leader for the vertical.  This is a rare opportunity for an experienced executive to join a high-growth vertical with direct visibility to the C-suite, helping shape the future of our hospitality practice.    Why this job is exciting  * Strategic Impact: Play a pivotal role in a high-growth industry vertical at NexusTek, leading with advanced AI, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies to transform the hospitality sector. * Clear Growth Path: Receive direct mentorship from the current vertical leader while leveraging NexusTek's national scale and partnerships to build solutions beyond individual properties. * Industry Transformation: Combine hospitality expertise with cutting-edge technology to redefine how hotels operate in the digital era—perfect for driven sales leaders looking to make a meaningful impact.   Who you are  * 10+ years in IT services, managed services, or enterprise technology, with a focus on hospitality or real estate technology solutions for at least 5 years. * Demonstrated success in vertical market growth and revenue achievement, showcasing strong business acumen. * Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders, driving strategic decisions. * Deep understanding of hospitality operations and systems, including PMS, POS, CRM, IoT, and guest experience technologies. * Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale business units, coupled with exceptional collaboration skills across sales, delivery, product, and partner teams. *  Proven sales closer with strong hospitality connections, excelling in networking and relationship-building, and eager to leverage technology as a competitive edge in hospitality. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.   You know how to:   * Business Development & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to generate pipeline, secure new business, and expand within existing accounts in hotels, marinas, and glamping resorts. * Network Utilization: Leverage your hospitality network to build relationships with GMs, owners, and key decision-makers, positioning NexusTek as the preferred technology partner. * Thought Leadership & Innovation: Develop thought leadership content, case studies, and client success stories while driving innovation through automation, AI, and advanced cloud solutions. * Proposal Crafting & Client Engagement: Partner with technical teams to create compelling proposals and own your pipeline to exceed sales targets and celebrate successes. * Vertical Sales Leadership & Strategy: Co-develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the hospitality vertical, translating industry trends into managed services, cloud, AI, and cybersecurity solutions. * P&L Accountability & Relationship Building: Drive vertical P&L accountability, focusing on revenue growth, margins, and client satisfaction, while building trusted executive relationships with major hospitality clients and partners.   ---------------------------------------- Pay and Benefits:     This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with travel.   The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure (for existing employees) skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.  In additional to the base salary this position offers uncapped generous sales incentives.   In addition to legally-required benefits, NexusTek offers a generous benefit package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes the following:   * Four weeks of annual accrued PTO   * Seven paid national holidays  * Medical, dental, vision options   * Company-paid life insurance, short and long-term disability  * Voluntary benefits such as critical illness and accident  * Voluntary Legal Shield and identity theft protection   * Discretionary annual 401k match plan  * Generous employee referral bonus plan  * Employee Assistance Program  * Access to over 90,000+ courses in ADP My Learning   * StandOut employee engagement tools  * Eligible to apply for a Pluralsight license  * Eligible to apply for NexusTek Technical Academy or Leadership Academy  We’re happy to provide our comprehensive benefits guide.
