JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Integration Engineer Hillsboro, Oregon Position Summary A leading technology fabrication facility in Oregon is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer with strong experience in semiconductor process technology. This role is part of a dynamic team focused on silicon power device development and yield improvement. The position involves working closely with product, design, and process module engineering groups to optimize and implement technology solutions. Key Responsibilities • Drive new product introduction for power device technologies (MOSFET, IGBT, TVS). • Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze DOE and pre-production data and ensure proper product release. • Work with design teams to troubleshoot device-related issues and enhance process utilization. • Monitor wafer-level testing yield on a daily basis. • Identify root causes of low yield through failure analysis and data review. • Partner with process module teams to optimize control targets and recipes for continuous yield improvement. Preferred Qualifications & Skills • Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field. • Solid understanding of semiconductor process and wafer fabrication. • Experience in semiconductor device physics, integration, test structure definition, design rule generation, DOE, failure analysis, and device characterization. • Familiarity with process control documentation and high-voltage discrete power devices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
