The Business Director will be responsible for leading business planning efforts, assessing and analyzing business performance, and collaborating to develop strategies that drive growth. This role also involves managing and leading teams to achieve organizational goals, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive and productive working environment. Additionally, the Business Director will oversee sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships to ensure successful partnerships. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data, draw insights, and provide solutions • Experience in Business Planning and strategic development • Proven Team Management and Team Leadership abilities to effectively guide and support team members • Experience in Sales and achieving measurable business growth • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a demanding on-site environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Previous experience in a similar leadership role in a corporate or startup environment
