Job Title: Technical Support Coordinator – Software Development & Broker-Dealer Systems (Halo Experience Preferred) ️ Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Coordinator to manage and dispatch support tickets across our software development lifecycle and broker-dealer system operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Halo application and a strong understanding of financial systems used by broker-dealers. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and triage incoming support tickets using HaloITSM or similar platforms • Dispatch and escalate issues to development, QA, or infrastructure teams • Provide system-side support for broker-dealer operations, including trade execution platforms, compliance tools, and reporting systems • Collaborate with financial operations and compliance teams to resolve system-related issues • Maintain SLA compliance and generate performance reports • Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements • Support sprint planning by flagging critical or unresolved tickets Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in technical support or software coordination • Experience supporting broker-dealer systems or financial platforms • Familiarity with HaloITSM, HaloPSA, or similar ticketing platforms • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience with Jira, GitHub Issues, or Azure DevOps is a plus • Knowledge of FIX protocol, OMS/EMS platforms, or regulatory reporting tools (e.g., CAT, TRACE) is a strong advantage Preferred Skills • Experience in a SaaS or financial services environment • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Familiarity with trading systems, compliance workflows, and financial data pipelines • Analytical mindset with attention to detail • Customer-oriented approach with a problem-solving attitude Requirements: None
