NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with a leading Technology Company as they are seeking to hire a Payroll and Benefits Manager to join their team. Requirements for this opportunity include: • Process biweekly payroll for approximately 1,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada, supporting both exempt and non-exempt employees • Assist with benefits administration and support additional HR-related functions as needed • Experience with payroll processing required; ADP Workforce Now experience is a strong plus • Benefits administration and/or immigration experience are helpful but not required • Must have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn quickly • Seeking someone collaborative and personable who enjoys supporting employees and working cross-functionally • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to learning multiple areas of HR If you have a keen eye for detail and are seeking an opportunity to join an integral team where your hard work is recognized, look no further!
