If you've worked on strategy, operations, PMO, or transformation projects, multiple companies in our network are likely looking for you. Business Operations Consultant What You’ll Be Responsible For Selected candidates for the Business Operations Consultant roles will oversee business operations, manage diverse programs, implement strategic operational plans, and ensure the smooth execution of organizational processes. You Will • Turn leadership goals into clear plans, roadmaps, and projects • Own key workstreams across strategy, operations, go-to-market (GTM), or transformation • Analyze performance and surface insights that drive decisions • Design and improve processes so teams execute faster • Partner with senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP, functional heads) on high-impact initiatives • Build clear reporting so everyone knows what's working You'll Be a Strong Match If You • Have 3–7+ years of consulting, strategy, or ops experience • Work directly with senior stakeholders on complex projects • Move easily from high-level thinking to hands-on execution • Are comfortable with data, analysis, and turning insight into action • Have experience in top-tier consulting environments (e.g., MBB, Big 4, Accenture) How To Apply • Step 1: Submit your application. • Step 2: We review your profile within 5-7 days • Step 3: If you’re a match, you'll be invited to join the NextStep platform and get matched with the best-fit companies and opportunities in our partner network.
