NextSpace Cleaning Services is a growing residential and Airbnb cleaning company serving the GTA. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Office & Operations Manager to oversee daily office operations, staff hiring, scheduling, and sales coordination. This role is ideal for someone who can wear multiple hats and help scale a fast-growing service business. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and coordination of cleaners • Schedule jobs, manage calendars, and ensure smooth daily operations • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and sales coordination • Assist with walk-throughs, quotes, and customer communication • Monitor job quality, staff performance, and operational efficiency • Support billing, invoices, and basic reporting • Act as a key point of contact between management, staff, and clients • Qualifications & Skills: • Previous experience in office management, operations, or customer service Position Details: • Location: GTA (office-based with some walk-throughs) • Schedule: Full-time (flexibility required) • Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives (to be discussed) How to Apply: Interested candidates should apply through Indeed or send a brief introduction and resume. — NextSpace Cleaning Services Professional.
