Full Description

NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Project Manager -One Plan to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Remote, Contract position. SALARY: $55-$60/hour (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Business Management, or equivalent experience • Five (5) years of project management experience • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall • Experience managing complex projects, including scope, schedule, and budget • Strong organizational skills and experience with organizing and executing organizational readiness and training programs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Influencing skills and ability to work collaboratively • Experience with Microsoft Project Plan or similar tools • OnePlan experience is a bonus Responsibilities • Lead highly complex project initiatives from planning through execution and closure • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timeline, scope, and deliverables • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures and resource planning • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure timely delivery • Coordinate project activities, including integrations and change management efforts • Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues • Manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and lessons learned • Lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional resources • Resolve issues and delays, adjusting plans as needed to ensure project success • Evaluate project outcomes to identify opportunities for process improvement Nextpath Career Partners NextPath is a candidate centric recruiting firm focused on your career goals to help you find your next path!
