NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Project Manager (CRM, ServiceNow) to join our client’s team in St Petersburg, FL. This is an Remote, Contract position. SALARY: $60-$66/hr (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements • Background working with CRM systems and teams planning the transition of multiple ticketing systems to ServiceNow. • Project Management skills eliciting requirements from multiple teams and structuring the information for the development partners and aligning team activities with IT Program management team to deliver cohesive results. • Experience reporting status, risks, and metrics to Executive Level Leaders; creating presentations in PowerPoint to visually convey information. • Use available project management tools to develop and keep up to date a detailed project plan of all activities needed to complete the transition. Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end transition of multiple legacy ticketing systems to the ServiceNow platform by partnering with Service Delivery, IT Program, and ServiceNow Platform teams. • Elicit, document, and translate business and technical requirements from system owners and users to ensure all necessary ServiceNow functionality is delivered. • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans using established project management tools, aligning cross-functional teams and tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks. • Provide executive-level reporting and communication, including status updates, risk mitigation, metrics, and visual presentations to ensure transparency and successful delivery.
