Full Description

NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Sales-Mid South Region to join our client’s team in Louisville, KY. This is a Remote, Direct Hire position. SALARY: $145,000 – $160,000 + Bonus (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply. Requirements • 10+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience • Proven success in sales, especially within municipal, refuse, recycling, or rental industries • Strong interpersonal and consultative problem-solving skills • Business acumen with understanding of financial concepts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%+ overnight Responsibilities • Lead and oversee outside sales efforts in the Mid South region for rental and off-rent solutions • Develop and nurture relationships with current customers and prospects to increase market share • Meet with clients weekly, both in-person and virtually, to grow sales across all segments (Municipal, Independent, Corporate) • Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and maximize results • Report on sales activities, results, and future opportunities monthly and quarterly • Represent the company at industry events regionally and nationally • Utilize CRM and digital tools to organize and communicate sales efforts • Drive growth in existing and new markets through direct sales and relationship building The post Director of Sales – Mid South Region (5332) appeared first on NextPath Career Partners.
