Job Summary: This individual will interface between site acquisition, electrical, and construction crews. External coordination with FAA and FCC, city and county jurisdictions, and utility companies is also required. Typical duties include general administrative tasks such as workflow management, file management, project scheduling, work order generation and permit procurement. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly are necessary. Provides weekly progress updates to management as necessary. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Consistent work in Billmax and project management software/database. • File coordination request with FCC and FAA. • Research permit requirements and apply for permits. • Request 911 addresses for new construction. • Apply for new service and establish accounts and submit move in orders. • Prepare construction drawings as needed. • Coordinating electrical and construction crew schedule with utility availability • Electronic and physical file management and upkeep. • Perform other duties as assigned Skills: • Effective communicator, with strong inter-personal and superior organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, a commitment to tight deadlines, and the ability to multi-task • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality • Experience working in Excel, Word and Outlook • Must be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and adapt easily to change • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborative in style • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret reports and metrics • Confident in public speaking • Ability to use initiative and work efficiently with minimal supervision Education and Experience: • High School diploma or GED or equivalent • Experience working in Excel, Word and Outlook Job Classification: • Field Operations: Planning and Development • Non-Exempt Work Environment/Hazards: • Working conditions primarily inside an office environment • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate Physical Demands: • The employee may be occasionally required to lift and/or move equipment and materials up to 20 lbs. • This position may involve occasionally operating a motor-vehicle, which may require assuming a stationary position for extended periods of time. • Stationary position for 8-10 hours a day • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. • Visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. • To perform this job successfully, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position. Daily movements include sitting, standing, operating computers and other office equipment and moving about the office. The employee must be able to communicate via email and verbally via telephone.
