As a Quality Control Field Technician, you play a critical role in ensuring construction and installation work meets required standards. You will perform inspections, conduct testing, monitor compliance throughout each project, and work closely with project teams to address issues, document results, and maintain high-quality outcomes. What You’ll Do • Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications • Perform final customer-requested inspections to verify compliance with construction standards • Identify and report issues to the appropriate team members for timely resolution • Record, track, and follow up on non-compliance items until fully resolved • Ensure all required testing is completed and properly documented • Support project activities and meet installation milestones as directed by management • Work overtime, travel, and respond to on-call or after-hours needs as required • Perform duties in all weather conditions • Other responsibilities as assigned What You’ll Need • Must be 18 years of age or older • Authorization to work in the United States • Valid, non-provisional state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • One year of relevant work experience Additional Qualifications (Preferred): • Quality control experience • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • Knowledge of telecommunications construction standard practices • Understanding of customer installation standards and documentation procedures Physical Abilities & Work Conditions Routinely: • Work alone in remote locations • Operate a vehicle • Squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs • Use a keyboard and mouse Occasionally: • Work at heights • Use ladders • Lift more than 55 pounds We are Connectors.
